DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

Yes, we offer free shipping on ALL orders.


I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing and handling before your order is shipped.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak periods, launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.


HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:

  • USA: 3–8 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • UK: 5–10 business days

  • Australia: 7–12 business days

  • New Zealand: 7–12 business days

  • Europe: 7–18 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, courier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.

HELD Shapewear is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs once the order has been dispatched.


HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to appear in the courier system.

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately from different fulfillment centers, and you may receive multiple tracking numbers.


CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped.

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation will no longer be possible.


CANCELLATION AFTER 24 HOURS

There are no cancellations after 24 hours or once the order has been shipped.


I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!

Address changes can only be made within 24 hours of placing your order.

We are unable to make changes once the order has been shipped. HELD Shapewear is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.


MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED

We carefully inspect and package every order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, if your item arrives damaged:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the damaged product and packaging

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
