Return & Refund Policy

At HELD Shapewear, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in every piece you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. This Refund & Return Policy explains when and how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging

  • All original tags, hygiene liners, and protective seals remain intact

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Items returned must be in resalable condition unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Worn, washed, altered, or damaged items not caused by us

  • Items without original tags or hygiene protection intact

  • Sale items or products marked as non-refundable

  • Gift cards or digital products

For hygiene and safety reasons, we reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos or videos of the issue and packaging

We will assess the case and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.


4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Email us at support@heldshapewear.com

  • Include your order number and reason for return

  • Wait for return approval and instructions

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels


6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you require a size exchange, please contact support@heldshapewear.com. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and must meet the return eligibility requirements.


8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting us immediately

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process
